Staff was great, it was a last minute booking because of family emergency. I got to the hotel at 230am. Everything was ready for me. The owners just took over last year and are remodeling working on upgrades. New flooring, my room was great, it had a large jetted tub in it. After driving for 7hrs after just getting off an 5hr flight for a different family emergency, after 3 major back surgeries it was nice to relax in. The bed was new from frame to mattress.

This motel is outdated (at least the room I stayed in), but I think it has a good value for the money. I was well received upon my arrival. The room was big and it was cleaned - I can't complain. The air conditioning was strong.

It's conveniently located; across the street from Governor's Mansion; a half block from a city block park like area where they have summer weekly concerts, and food trucks, at least on Wednesday or Thursday. And one of those food trucks serves some great ribs. And there are some close by places for dinner and entertainment; and their is a community college within a block; and the train station is really close. I did not get a chance to enjoy those establishments; but it's very positively located in a good nice spot. The bed of the king size was great and so too the pillows. Price was competitive to surrounding like type hotels.

Location and price. Walking distance to many of the sights. Old capital 2 blocks away. Governors mansion directly across the street. Several restaurants and such. Farmers market on Saturday a few blocks down.

A walking distance from anything you want to see in Downtown. You just leave your car safely parked & walk to anywhere. The room was OK Clean 100% Accommodation old but everything works .

Perfect location easy access, affordable, large clean rooms with fridge and microwave. Very pleasant stay

Staff was friendly as always. Rooms were clean. Was close to the state fairgrounds which was the reason for our visit. Was close to other places such as eating and stores.

Spacious room, fridge and hot water worked well. Located in the centre of the town.
